Your appointments are very important to me and are reserved especially for you. I kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service fee.
